- Customisable product/service and geography (country/region) lists;
- User management (user role support, assigning users to geographies and products);
- Defining sales targets for each geography and product/service combination;
- Recording and maintaining sales leads, including contact details, information about the product or service offered, expected value, probability of success, expected close date, notes etc.;
